#1 Choose Your Favorite Curry

Massaman Curry

Massaman curry is a unique type of curry using mainly dried spices for seasoning. Some of these spices include: coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, lemongrass, galangal and red chilies. We make ours with coconut milk, onion, potatoes and fresh house roasted peanuts.

Yellow Curry

Yellow curry is quite similar to Indian curries as it is made with the addition of curry powder. Some of the other spices include: shallots, garlic, galangal, lemon grass, coriander and cumin. We make ours with coconut milk, tomato and potatoes.

Green Curry

Green curry tends to be one of the milder curries and includes kaffir lime leaves, coriander, cumin and fresh green chilies. Ours is cooked with coconut milk, eggplant, bell pepper and sweet basil.

Panang Curry

Panang curry takes its name from the city island off the west coast of Malaysia. This type of curry is richer, sweeter and creamier than other curries. We cook ours with coconut, bell pepper and sweet basil.

Red Curry

Red curry is aromatic and sumptuous. It can be made mild to red-hot, depending upon your spice-o-meter. We cook ours with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, sweet basil and bell pepper.

#2 Pick Your Favorite Protein

Chicken | Pork | Tofu | Beef | Prawns | Seafood Combination | Veggies

#3 Decide How Many Stars

Curries are naturally a little spicy with no spice added. To spice them up even more, add 0 to 4 stars. O = No Spice Added 4 = Extra Spicy
