Stir Fried Ginger Vegetables

Ginger is known for its amazing health benefits. It reduces blood sugar levels, and there’s evidence it can lower your cholesterol. We use ginger to complement stir fried vegetables like mushrooms, onions, and celery. Then we top it with sweet-basil and garlic sauce. It’s a savory tasty meal and totally low carb.
