Winter Wonderland Stage

2 – 2:30 pm | Woodinville Dance Academy’s Inside Out Dance Company

The Woodinville Dance Academy is a non-competing dance school that strives to build up each and every dancer to their fullest potential as a skilled performer. At WDA, they desire to provide a positive, happy, productive environment for students to learn strong technical dance skills, artistic expression, build self-confidence and have fun! Some of their students have gone on to Cornish College of the Arts, University of Utah for Dance, Santa Clara for Dance, The Joffrey Ballet Intensive in New York, Dance This in Seattle, Summer Dance Lab and more.

3:30 – 4:30 pm | Bach to Rock Redmond

B2R Offers a Unique Method of Instruction. They base their method of music instruction on the knowledge that students learn best when they play the music they enjoy most. That’s why they use special arrangements of today’s music to help students become proficient instrumentalists or vocalists as well as seasoned performers. At B2R Music, individual music instruction is combined with band instruction that leads to regularly scheduled public performances.

7 – 8 pm | Sophiana James

Sophiana James is a 9th grade CVA student and skilled artist who won first place in the “Late night at Leavenworth” talent show. Sophiana sang the Jasmine Thompson version of “Mad World” by Gary Jules. She also painted pictures to display on the screen during the song.

Sophiana’s interpretation of the song takes place in a world where people are stuck in routines that have lost all meaning. The main character in the song lives in a black and white cycle of nothingness. Through the course of the song, she discovers what it truly means to live and each picture becomes more colorful as she finds purpose in life

Stop on by Thai Ginger before or after the performances.
