A lot of local Thai Restaurants use imitation crab meat. At Thai Ginger we use, Wild Caught Red Rock Crab. It’s the same species as the Dungeness Crab. Although a little smaller, it still produces sweet tasting crab meat.

Crab meat and cream cheese in a wonton wrapper. Deep-fried and served with sweet Sriracha sauce.

Crab Fried Rice

Our famous stir-fried steamed Thai jasmine white rice with fresh crab meat, snow peas, onions, tomatoes and egg. Perfect with a squeeze of lime!

Wok Fried Seafood

Stir-fried crabmeat, scallops, calamari, prawns and mussels cooked with egg, onions, celery and bell pepper in yellow curry sauce. Comes with your choice of brown or white Jasmine rice.
