2. Tom Yum Soup

3. Green Curry

4. Phad Thai
Phad Thai always gets a bad rap in terms of its healthiness. In reality, it’s a relatively simple dish that doesn’t do anything negative for your health. It contains thin rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, onions, and fresh ground peanuts in a tamarind sauce; that’s it.
If there aren’t enough veggies for you, order a side of steamed vegetables or grilled eggplant to get your vitamins.
Whenever you can get some grilled meat on a stick, you can load up on protein and avoid the oils that come with the fryer. Satay, whether it’s chicken or prawns, makes for a great appetizer, but you can turn it into a meal by ordering a side to go along with it.
